TempWorks client wins $10 million account with timeControl

Eagan, MN, Reaffirming its commitment to client success, TempWorks Software, Inc. announced that its TimeControl integration tool played a key role in the landing of a $10 million, nearly 600-employee account by one of its premier clients, Life Style Staff of Madison, WI.

An international, Fortune 500 staffing client thoroughly evaluated the solutions of four national and two regional staffing agencies prior to narrowing the field down to Life Style Staffing, Kelly Services and the two-year incumbent vendor, Adecco. Life Styleís success in taking the account from Adecco, was largely attributed to its offering of TempWorksí TimeControl, an advanced time-card integration tool.

The complicated payroll of the large manufacturing staffing client required an accurate means of tracking 24 different pay codes, shift and department changes, and multiple job titles reporting to multiple supervisors. The incorporation of Time Control technology made it easy for Life Style to level the playing field and respond to the sophisticated data integration needs of this large staffing client.

The Life Style solution smoothly integrates with the clientís current timekeeping solution, Kronos. TimeControlís ability to significantly reduce accounting errors along with its flexibility for customization created a powerful combination. In addition, eliminating all manual entry of timecards translated into a significant reduction in overhead costs for Life Style, a savings that could be passed on to the client.
