It was clear from the beginning of the web project that On Target wanted to take a fresh approach with their new website, using clear colour coding to make each of their specialist areas distinct and make the site easy to navigate. Although they wanted the site to be aesthetically pleasing, it was imperative to also maintain a professional feel that would reflect their credibility within the sales recruitment market.
Rather than being just another recruitment website, the new On Target website was designed to be a source of information for users, featuring various resources for candidates and clients including industry news, useful links, CV/interview/sales advice and advice for sales clients.
