Supportive Solutions announces the opening of a new crisis response, training and consulting firm

Newly-formed Supportive Solutions, Inc. to Unify Link Between Crisis Response Professionals and Corporate Culture Two seasoned industry professionals join forces to raise the excellence bar for crisis response services

Supportive Solutions, Inc. (SSI) with offices in Pittsburgh and Atlanta, announces the opening of a new crisis response, training and consulting firm. Supportive Solutions is a firm that will set the standard for providing the ìright responseî at the ìright timeî to the business community at large.

Excellence in delivering crisis response to the business community requires an understanding of the culture and corporate environment. SSI will provide the unifying link between the crisis response professional and the business community to achieve the most successful outcome. Both telephone and onsite crisis support services will be provided by SSI.

ìA successful crisis response is the result of more than just the actual intervention,î explained Tonya Slawinski, President of SSI. ìIt requires a thoughtful and well-planned integration of the professional crisis consultant into the unique culture of the business community and their workforce environment. This aspect of crisis response is many times overlooked in the planning or initiation of a response sequence.î

Tonya Slawinski and Mary Cardin are both quality-focused and seasoned crisis response professionals with over thirty-five years of combined experience in the field. Both worked extensively in the management and delivery of response services for over 200 companies simultaneously during the 9-11 attacks on America while at their previous employer.

ìSupportive Solutions was started because we recognized the need to provide companies with another option for crisis response services. At SSI we will ensure that clients always have a voice on the other end of the phone to support them, and that their client culture and needs are known when they call,î said Mary Cardin, Vice President of SSI. ìThis will allow us to provide a customized service, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Weíre excited and committed to having a company where quality and excellence come standard with our services.

ìWe at Supportive Solutions recognize that training, supervision and coordinated communication are all crucial elements in the delivery of seamless, integrated crisis services,î added Slawinski. ìOur goal is to create standards and deliver crisis response services that will be held up as an example of excellence to others in the field. We are not striving to be the biggest . . . just the best.î
