Spring Technology takes fresh approach to recruitment with new marketing campaign

Spring Technology launches its first national marketing campaign this week with Euro RSCG Riley

Spring Technology, the UKís IT and Telecoms staffing provider, launches its first national marketing campaign this week with Euro RSCG Riley. The campaign will raise the profile of Spring Technology and attract candidates. It will also demonstrate that, having developed the broadest range of IT and Telecoms products and services in the UK, Spring Technology has built on its traditional strength in high volume, corporate accounts and now serves every type of customer in every part of this exciting and buoyant market.

Euro RSCG Riley is Spring Groupís first group advertising agency, which came onboard in February 2005. Its brief was to take an innovative approach to recruitment focusing on dynamic, career driven entrepreneurs, hence the ads will appear in gyms, on disposable coffee cups, Glamour and FHM magazines.

Dave Pye, managing director at Spring Technology, commented: ìThe challenge was to look at a fresh approach to recruitment, casting our net wider than the existing stale methods. Euro RSCG Riley has developed an exciting campaign that will get peopleís attention when they are in a more open frame of mind. It reflects the way forward for Spring Technology in attracting those who wish to work with and for a forward thinking and developing company.î

Sally Palfreeman, Springís account manager at Euro RSCG Riley, added: ìThis was an exciting campaign for the agency to work on, as we were given an open brief to be as creative as we wanted and develop a new look for Spring Technology, with an enthusiastic approach to recruitment, both in the execution and in the communication channels. Also a great starting point to our relationship.î

The first images will be seen on cwjobs.co.uk, totaljobs.com, grocerjobs.com and jobsite.co.uk, FHM, Evening Standard, Metro and Glamour from 1st March followed by phase two on water fountains and gym lockers in late spring, early summer, all designed to attract consultants and promote the Spring Technology brand.
