The Sheraton Skyline was praised for its strong recruitment and induction programme as well as its very impressive staff retention figures.

The London Excellence Awards distinguished the Sheraton Skyline from all competitors for offering the best Organisational Learning. Among its key strengths that led to this distinction are: the use of rigorous and effective processes in training and development and a culture of encouraging and empowering staff to innovate.
Training manager Grace Gray says, ìThe hotel has been implementing improvements since its inception. Achievements have included major renovations, increased partnerships and synergies with other businesses, as well as increased environmental awareness. To date it is proudest of achieving Investors In People awards for the 4th consecutive time and recently awarded the Leadership and Management Award from its employees loyalty and diversity of its workforce.î
