Senior appointment in financial recruitment

Lisa Lindup joins financial recruitment specialists Sheridan Maine after ten years with Robert Half International. Lisa will be based at Sheridan Maineís Southampton headquarters at the Regus Centre off junction 5 of the M27 and is responsible for further developing Sheridan Maineís interim business.

Interim is a relatively new area of recruitment that emerged in the early 90ís, she says. It satisfies the variable nature of business today by providing companies with key team members with solid track records in carrying out high level projects, without having to take them on permanently. On her decision to move Lisa says, Sheridan Maine have really made their mark since they formed three years ago, with a very good reputation within the search and selection market and an impressive portfolio of FTSE and blue chip clients. Another big attraction was to work alongside Gaynor Brindley, a former colleague from Robert Half International who joined Sheridan Maine eighteen months ago and was instrumental in establishing the Interim division.

In her spare time Lisa keeps fit at the gym, is a keen runner and will be competing in the Great South Run. She is also heavily involved in renovating a Victorian House in Southsea that she and her husband have recently bought.
