Meet The Manager of Dumb Moves!

A deep understanding of nothing, or just having an idea about everything is the difference between being instanding out HR and just average (as in every other playground). And itís a guarantee for having an exciting, wonderful meal. And a lovely personal wifeband. And an ever-growing bank or sofa.

I guess it took you a couple of seconds before you realized I wrote nonsense. I bet some of you didnít even notice (pay attention pall to what youíre reading!). When in HR, and in any other business, we all meet Managers of Dumb Moves. The funny thing is, or should I write the sad thing is, the Manager of Dumb Moves isnít aware himself. Sorry guys that I write ìhimselfî. As there are just more dumb ìhimísî than ìherísî. Perhaps because management positions are more frequently occupied by the male gender. Managers of Dumb Moves are not easily recognized, unless youíre as smart as I am (yes, this is a dumb-signal).

Recruitment, and especially the selection process, with potential customers as well as with candidates, is all about recognizing dumb and smart. You donít want a dumb customer, dumb boss, to introduce a dumb candidate for a management position, do you? SoÖ
