Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Selects HRsmart to Provide Applicant Tracking Technology

HRsmart, a provider of talent management technology solutions, announced today that it has been selected by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to deliver Applicant Tracking technology to its more than 15 ultra-luxury hotels and resorts throughout the world.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts began the search for an applicant tracking provider in early 2007 as part of their strategy to implement a collaborative global talent management system necessitated by the companyís growth and future development plans.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts selected HRsmart because of its ability to configure the system to meet the unique needs of the organization in terms of sharing information and technology resources across its global collection of properties. Also, because HRsmart provides the full talent management applications suite, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has the ability to add post-hire modules that seamlessly integrate with one another.
