Resume Mirror, providers of leading-edge recruiting solutions and technology components, today announced that its product, Enterprise Applicant Manager (EAM), has been chosen by CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. to enhance the functionality of their PeopleSoft 8.9 Talent Acquisition Manager deployment. CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. is a FORTUNE 1000 company headquartered in Los Angeles and the worldís largest commercial real estate services firm (in terms of 2005 revenue). CB Richard Ellis is implementing EAM to streamline the processing of resumes into their PeopleSoft system, improving the experience for both recruiters and candidates.
EAM delivers comprehensive applicant data management functions to automatically process, manage and respond to on-line registration and applicant submissions through the PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Candidate Gateway. The solution includes Resume Mirrorís plug-in for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word which allows resumes received via email or opened in Word, to be processed through EAM and automatically entered into the Talent Acquisition Manager candidate database, ensuring applicant submissions are captured in the database and not stored on recruitersí hard drives. EAM significantly reduces recruiter workloads, simplifies the on-line submission of resumes, handles hardcopy resume processing, reduces applicant drop off rates and shortens time to hire.
ìOur corporate success relies on us attracting and hiring the best talent,î said Alison Caplan, Director of Staffing at CB Richard Ellis. ìWe selected EAM because it truly benefits everyone involved in the recruiting process from the candidates applying for positions through to our recruiters and hiring managers. Candidates are provided a very simple and efficient way to submit their resumes and by eliminating most of the manual data entry, our recruiters and managers can focus on the most important outcomeóidentifying and hiring talent quickly.î
ìBy deploying EAM, CB Richard Ellis is again demonstrating the very high value they place on their human capital,î says Don Darrah, Vice President, Resume Mirror. ìEAM greatly improves the experience for candidates submitting resumes by respecting their time and by providing a fast and efficient email response back to them. It also improves the experience for recruiters and hiring managers by providing better screened candidates as both groups can spend more time developing candidate relationships instead of entering applicant data.î
