Redmatch and the Nash Group unveil new HR Cost Savings Calculator tool

To estimate potential savings from recruitment management systems

BEACHWOOD, OH, ñ Redmatch and the Nash Group announced today the availability of a savings calculator that enables HR professionals to determine the real costs involved in recruitment and how much they can save by implementing a recruitment management system using advanced Job Matching technologies.

This unique calculator was developed in cooperation with the Nash Group, a leading management consulting firm in Chicago. The Nash Group helps companies save money by using their human resources more efficiently.

Our clients asked us to tell them what the real savings would be by implementing a recruitment management software, says Dr. David Ledersnaider, Principal in the Nash Group (http://www.nashgroup.com). Nothing was available on the market so we developed the calculator in collaboration with Redmatch. We work mostly with hospitals that experience a chronic shortage of personnel and pay high labor premium differentials. By using the calculator we found that the Redmatch technology can save our clients hundred of thousands of dollars per year.

In the Redmatch HR savings calculator, HR professionals can enter key variables, such as positions hired per month and percentage of replacement for existing positions versus new positions to be filled. The calculator shows the cost savings associated with improving the recruitment process by using Job Matching technology such as the one offered by Redmatch. For example, a hospital hiring 20 people per month can save more than $200,000 per year with Redmatch.
