The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), the professional body representing the UK’s private recruitment industry, is giving its members some expert advice on how to succeed in the tendering process in light of predictions that the number of public sector contracts is likely to fall in the future.
As part of its current public sector resourcing campaign, the REC is staging a series of Winning Tenders workshops across the UK, the next one being in Birmingham on Tuesday April 27.
Leading the workshop will be tendering expert Jeff Brooks, who is one of the recruitment industry’s leading bid managers.
After demystifying the public sector buying process, Jeff will take delegates through the various stages of the tendering, from speaking the same language to preparing and structuring responses before showing how to produce a winning executive summary and measure success.
