Recruitmax, global provider of technology and services for building great workforces, continued its strong 2005 performance, adding 18 new enterprise clients for its fiscal third quarter ended October 31 and recording its 32nd consecutive quarter of year-on-year growth. During the quarter, the company was also ranked among the fastest-growing technology firms in the United States in three prestigious surveys, launched a best-of-breed compensation and rewards management system - Balance, and received the industry’s top customer satisfaction rating in an industry buyers guide.
Underscoring its growing global presence, Recruitmax added high-profile customers in Europe and Asia, as well as North America. These new clients included British Sky Broadcasting - the UK’s largest digital television platform operator, Singapore Airlines, Parsons Corporation, aerospace giant Northrop Grumman and Gevity HR, Inc. Over forty per cent of new clients added during the quarter purchased multiple products from the company.
This has been another superb quarter for Recruitmax, said Derek Mercer, the founder and chief executive officer of Recruitmax. We continue to add notable clients worldwide, create innovative, new products and enhance our position as a thought leader in the industry. More importantly, our customers are achieving great success by utilising our products and services. We look forward to continuing to serve them as we help each and every one of them differentiate themselves through their people.
During the quarter, Recruitmax Impact client, CPS Energy, received a Best Use of Performance Management Technology award at HR.com’s Employers of Excellence Conference. Among its own accolades, Recruitmax ranked 206 in Deloitte & Touche’s Technology Fast 500 survey of the fastest-growing technology firms in the U.S., moving up from 350 in 2004. Recruitmax also ranked 330 and 409 in separate surveys of fast-growing software firms by Inc. Magazine and Software Magazine. In the Software Magazine study, Recruitmax was the fastest growing company in the human resource management systems sector. In Electronic Recruiting Exchange’s annual survey of applicant tracking systems, Recruitmax was the only tier one vendor to receive a score of very satisfied or satisfied from 100 per cent of its clients.
With the introduction of Balance, Recruitmax customers can now automate and streamline complex processes related to compensation planning, salary and incentive management. The cutting-edge application integrates with other Recruitmax products, including the award-winning Impact performance management system to create a comprehensive pay-for-performance solution.
Mercer commented, We’re always honoured to receive industry recognition for our company, product and services. However, the even greater validation for our team’s intense passion for excellence is reflected in our growing customer base.
