Reaching consensus on a new role

Matthew Haines, formerly business development manager at top construction recruiter Consensus, has just been promoted to head of sales and marketing. The move reflects not only his own drive and ability, but the increasing importance to Consensus of the sales and marketing function as the firm moves into a new phase of development.
