PiR Interims are pleased to announce that Mr Jeff Grout has been appointed as Non Executive Advisor to their Interims Advisory Board. His appointment is fundamental to the on-going growth of the Company and will focus on supporting the international growth of the business.

Jeffís appointment strengthens an on-going professional relationship with Carolyn Douthwaite, Managing Director of PiR Interims. His considerable experiences in the recruitment industry and in the development of leadership skills have helped Carolyn build PiR Interims into a business which has been exceeding client and candidate expectation since its inception in 2005.

Jeff was formerly UK Managing Director of a leading international recruitment consultancy and Business Manager to Sir Clive Woodward. Currently he is an independent business consultant specialising in leadership, people management, team building, peak performance, recruitment and retention issues. Jeff holds a number of corporate advisory and executive coaching appointments and is author of five business books and a sixth, ìWhat Do Leaders Really Do?î is due to printed in August 2007. He is also in considerable demand as a motivational business speaker, conference chairman and interviewer. He is listed in the '100 Best Business Speakers in Britain'.
