There are two key areas of the agency where

As a Recruitment Consultant joining the
business you will be expected to provide the full recruitment service. Although
Digital Personnel has a strong client base it is imperative that the Consultant
is able to pro-actively source new clients for the business. This will require
a pro-active approach and direct communication with leading Digital Media
Agencies and client-side businesses that are looking to improve their online
presence. You will be required to upsell within these companies as an Account
Manager and become recognised as a true business partner, with an in-depth
knowledge of the digital media industry.
Digital Personnel has an excellent
candidate base, with a rich pool of talent ready for the right opportunity.
However, by utilising your skills and Digital Personnel’s many available
resourcing platforms, you will be required to identify candidates that
perfectly fit job specifications. Therefore your role will be high-profile and
essential for the continuing development of many innovative companies across
the UK.
Full training will be given to the right
candidate in both the recruitment and digital media arenas. Candidates will
need to demonstrate a real passion for the internet and how brands use it to
interact with consumers. It is expected that you will have at least a year’s
experience in recruitment, however intelligent and pro-active individuals from
a sales background will also be considered. A marketing or media based degree
would be beneficial, but by no means essential.
Salary will be based on experience and an
attractive commission scheme will be in place.
The agency is also looking to introduce a
new Resource Executive to the team. The Resource Executive performs a valuable
function, taking ownership of candidate communications and identifying the
talent required from an exciting and innovative client base. The client base
consists of blue-chip companies and SME’s looking to improve their in-house
team of digital media specialists, and agencies who specialise in providing
their own clients with new and exciting online marketing solutions. The
Resource Executive will be responsible for identifying candidates from job
specifications that include Web Designers, Developers, Online Strategists,
Producers and Director level appointments. You will be expected to articulate
vacancy specifications in a way that will engage a candidate and attract them
to the role and company. The successful candidate will be trained to develop
their social media skills and fully utilise social and business networking
sites to engage appropriately with digital media professionals.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone

marketing degree is preferred, although not essential, and some commercial
experience within a fast moving sales type environment would be helpful.
