Penta picks up Best Companies Award

Specialist ICT staffing company Penta Consulting has achieved íBest Companies to Work Forí accreditation for the second year running. Commenting Jonathan Austin, Chief Executive, Best Companies said, Pentaís 2007 accreditation is an outstanding achievement. It confirms their commitment to the on-going journey of workplace engagement. Our role is to set a rigorous benchmark so that organisations can become even better employers.

This prestigious star status measures employee happiness and is based on the results of a survey of Penta employees which asked them to rank their satisfaction with the senior management team and with their colleagues. It also took into account the general wellbeing of staff, personal growth, leadership along with pay and benefits. In addition it examined Pentaís relationship with the local community and looked at the extent to which members of staff are encouraged to develop their career potential.
