Specialist ICT recruiter Penta Consulting, which aims not to be the biggest but to be the best, has shot up the rankings to reach 33rd position in this year’s Sunday Times Best Companies report which is considered to be the definitive guide to workplace excellence among small businesses.

91% of employees at Penta are inspired by the leadership, 90% gave a resounding thumbs up in the My Company category and 86% rated teamwork excellent. Overall Penta saw their scores improve significantly in all categories but was particularly pleased that Giving something Back and Wellbeing improved by 16% in each case.
