With graduates increasingly web savvy, it is important that we strengthen online communication about the career opportunities that are open to them to help attract fresh, new talent. I am joining Pareto at a very exciting time in terms of the companyís e-commerce development and am looking forward to being part of its continued growth.î
Pareto Law now places some 1200 graduates a year in sales and marketing positions with organisations including Barclays, Whyte & Mackay and Johnson & Johnson. The company also provides advanced sales training to existing personnel.
Jonathan Fitchew, joint managing director of Pareto Law, added: ìFinding the best graduates is key to our success, with only the top 20% of those we interview selected for placements. As part of this we need a constant stream of high quality new graduates, which is a major focus for the new online strategy. E-commerce is a key element of our growth over the coming years and weíre delighted to welcome Paul on board to help develop this further.î
