contract to supply B2C and B2B lead generation services for global
technology software giant, Nuance Communications, well-known for its ‘Dragon NaturallySpeaking’ PC-based speech recognition software.
Nuance’s Senior Marketing Director, EMEA, Steven Steenhaut commented,

France, generating qualified sales appointments amongst new and existing
customers for a wide range of Nuance products including the Dragon
software. The outsourcer will also be promoting the benefits of
Nuance’s PDF business tools that compete against the likes of Adobe.
Steven Steenhaut explains, “We are predominantly targeting businesses
who use PDF creation, conversion and editing software and can make
significant annual savings by switching from Adobe to our own suite of
