Cheltenham-based Oriel Associates Ltd has appointed Jim Goddard to the newly-created role of divisional manager.
Oriel Associates, part of Oriel Holdings, is a specialist provider of payroll solutions for self-employed people and those operating under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). Jim will focus on steering the team to hit its growth targets, whilst ensuring that the division complies with recent legislation.
Jim has more than 25 yearsí experience in the industry, most recently as financial director of Prophit Share Ltd. Before that he worked at Eagle Star Insurance where he played a key role during its merger with Zurich Financial Services.

Jim moved from London to Evesham ten years ago and in his spare time enjoys skiing, golf and spending time with his wife and four children.
