Oleeo wins gold Talent Acquisition & Retention Solution Provider of the Year Award in Stevie Awards

Award judges acclaim Oleeo’s commitment to innovation with intelligent automation and built-in artificial intelligence as key to winning top prize.

Oleeo, the pioneer and innovator in global recruiting technology solutions, has scooped the Gold award in the prestigious Talent Acquisition & Retention Solution Provider of the Year category of the 2019 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers. 

The 2019 (fourth annual) Stevie® Awards for Great Employers is an international competition which recognizes the world’s best employers and human resources professionals, teams, achievements, and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work. Solution provider awards were judged by an illustrious panel of 21 international judges including leading recruiters from organizations including FedEx, KPMG LLP, JPMorgan Chase & Co and The Coca-Cola Company.

Oleeo was recognized as the leading nominee in the category for its acclaimed technology which the judges said was unique for being “a single platform that automates talent acquisition processes end to end using single click automation for flexible identification, attraction, engagement and selection workflows.”

Oleeo’s innovative Intelligent Selection offering, a powerful machine learning solution that helps recruiters make better informed decisions in a fraction of the time, was also lauded by the judges. They commented that the “corporate DNA mapping that predicts cultural fit to improve diversity and also reduce bias within the recruitment process is a key differentiator.”

More than 600 nominations from organizations from 24 nations were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 60 professionals worldwide, acting as judges.
