East London NHS Foundation Trust has successfully implemented a complete end-to-end eRecruitment process – something relatively few organisations have come close to.
“With a drive for even greater efficiency, the Recruitment Team was challenged with having to do substantially more work with fewer staff.” Explains Gareth Griffiths, Head of Recruitment,
