NetDimensions announces release of the Enterprise Knowledge Platform 4.7

NetDimensions, a global provider of learning, knowledge and performance management systems, released the latest version of its Enterprise Knowledge Platform (EKP), EKP 4.7, today. The main feature of the upgrade caters to organizations that wish to manage and deploy exam-orientated functionality as a separate managed application.

The release will be available in two forms, EKP 4.7, with most exam enhancements incorporated directly into the LMS environment and the Enterprise Assessment Platform 4.7, which is an exam-only server environment.

Contributions to the upgrade include enhanced exam generation and delivery, more powerful security and auditing of exams changes, and greater clarity and simplicity in setting up, reviewing and grading exams. Additional functions have also been added to manage question versions and approval workflow.

From the learnerís perspective, there are numerous enhancements to make the system more flexible and accommodating, including ease of transfer from one session to another, optional program modules, introduction of new learning types such as Coaching and Special Interest Group, dynamic user attributes, browse mode catalog searching, and other improvements in information presentation to make the user experience a more intuitive, pleasant process.
