Monster today announced the continued expansion of its HR Alliance Program at the 2007 Annual SHRM Conference - new Certified members BrightMove, Inc., Main Sequence, PEG Consulting, Relational Systems Inc., SilkRoad Technologies, TITAN Technology Partners, and WorkForce OS bring the program's total membership to 23 organizations and drive continued growth of the three-year old initiative. Monster also announced the launch of another point of integration for Premier partners - the Monster Performance Assessment solution. Current Premier member APS - SmartSearch Online becomes the first to integrate the online behavioral screening application that helps companies streamline their recruiting process, and dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their hiring decisions. In addition, current Certified member Peopleclick has added a second point of integration, Shared Apply.

Furthermore, Monster revealed that Premier applicant tracking system (ATS) members APS - SmartSearch Online and HRsmart have attained full product integration and availability. Premier members receive the highest level of integration with Monster's core solutions to help customers minimize the time required to post jobs, increase the number of qualified applicants and more efficiently identify and upload candidates from Monster's database of more than 75 million resumes.
