Mondial UK has been awarded a one star status in the newly launched Best Companies Accreditation Scheme. As one of only 131 companies across the UK to be recognised with such a star rating, the award acknowledges organisations that provide an excellent working environment.
Having already staked a claim as one of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For in 2006, the Mondial UK organisation was measured on eight workplace factors. These looked at leadership within the organisation, opportunities for personal growth, the options for staff for their wellbeing, and fair deals. Mondial was also measured on what it offered back to employees to reward and recognise professional and personal achievements within the business.
