Orionís great service and great candidates are an unbeatable combination.î
Candidates see the same type of success from Orion: ìWhen I decided to make the transition to the civilian world, I knew I would need help and decided to enlist the services of several JMO recruiting firms. Orion was the best - hands down. From my first contact, it was obvious these guys did not view me as merely another number but truly cared about assessing and fulfilling my desires,î said a former U.S. Navy pilot and officer.
ìOrion is in business for two main reasons. First, we want to be the top provider of leadership candidates to America’s companies. Secondly, we strive to provide our honorable service members with what is in short supply when they exit the service ñ we listen, consult and treat them with the honesty and dignity they deserve,î said Orion International President Mike Starich, adding, ìIn short, we get them the civilian jobs they want to have.î
I love my job,î Orion International CEO Bill Laughlin commented recently. ìRarely in life do you have the opportunity to make a positive and significant difference to others. At Orion International, we reach out daily to provide counseling and employment for some of the finest people in America at the crossroads of their career: our military veterans. Our organization was founded, built and driven by military veterans to help other veterans succeed in business. We are proud to serve those who have served us while providing corporate America with top talent to lead their organizations.î
