This year the focus of the online recruitment conference will be ‘How to harness the power of online recruitment, and the latest thinking in how to make full use of the UK’s online recruitment opportunities’.

Session: The challenge of obtaining corporate buy in to implement an online recruitment strategy
Head of all UK Ricoh recruitment. Tasked with managing all UK permanent, contract and temporary recruitment of 3000 employees working with an average of 600 hires a year, temp and perm. I manage a team of 4 in charge of a direct resourcing model for all UK recruitment in Ricoh UK. Moved from an 82% agency dependency in 2009 to 70% direct hiring capability in 2010-2011, equating in a saving of £2.2m.
