London Borough of Hillingdon has awarded Northgate HR a seven year HR and payroll contract worth over 1.6 million. The London Borough is now one of over 50 councils using the Northgate HRís fully integrated and web-enabled HR and payroll solution, ResourceLink.
The new solution will be used to automate personnel, payroll, training, recruitment, P11D, and expenses management for the councilís 15,000 employees. The service will also include printing and distribution of up to 220,000 payslips per annum.
Northgate HRís MyView self-service solution will be delivered over the councilís intranet, reducing the administration burden on HR. Employees will be able to request holiday or record sickness online and managers will have the means to approve requests online.
Northgate HR was chosen following a competitive bid process, owing to ResourceLinkís well-established reputation in the public sector, and its proven track record of providing solutions on time and to budget.
