In response to the industryís desperation to find new recruitment consultants, Midlands based KSM Resourcing, is identifying potential candidates to fill the void.

Karen Moore FREC, owner of KSM Resourcing has been awarded REC approval for her efforts in attracting new candidates to the industry. Using her extensive experience in the field, Karen is promoting and holding one day Recruitment Awareness Courses designed to give potential candidates the ins and outs of the industry.

With over 20 years recruitment experience, Karen has recruited consultants at all levels and understands what is required to succeed in this demanding and ever changing industry.
