New data from the UK’s leading independent job board, CV-Library , has found that over half of Brits (52.9%) have negotiated with a potential employer over a job offer, with a further 72.8% stating that they got what they wanted as a result.

Last week it was revealed that unemployment rates fell by 75,000 in the three months to July and are continuing to fall, with the jobless rate currently standing at just 4.3%.
