Jobtonic Lets You Make Money from your Online Presence

Jobtonic today launched its unique Publisher Widget

Jobtonic, the UK referral recruitment website today launched its unique Publisher Widget. Bloggers, webmasters or even social networking site users can add the widget to their own page and earn a share of rewards if the resulting referrals successfully place candidates.

The widget gives authors a means of monetising their blog or social networking profile page, if one of their friends or readership successfully refers a job onwards, they can be rewarded with a 5% share of up to 2,000 in cash. Rewards vary by position but there are over 1,000 vacancies listed and in excess of 320,000 of rewards available to be claimed.

A small section of web code is inserted into a host page allowing the author to display a selection of jobs relevant to their audience. When a visitor sees a job that interests them, they can click to view the full details and apply or even refer the job onwards to their own friends if they know somebody more suitable.

By giving website owners and bloggers the opportunity of hosting vacancies on their own pages, Jobtonic further leverages their model beyond the realm of traditional advertising and attracts the coveted passive candidate. The best candidates can only be found by taking the recruitment advertising model away from the traditional classifieds model and putting vacancies in front of web users so that they can do the leg work and find suitable candidates in their on and offline social networks.

Nick Goldstein, GM, Jobtonic commented ìOur publisher widget represents a major step forward for recruitment widgets. We reward the publisher for the click and reward them again if a referral is made and it results in a hire. 5% of our current top reward of 2,000 is a nice incremental income that any blogger will be pleased to have arrive one day by way of a thank you for prompting a referral!î

The Jobtonic referrer widget is available now and the code necessary to add it to a page can be accessed via the link http://www.jobtonic.com/login.affiliate.html . Interviews with Nick Goldstein on the future of online recruitment and fresh quotes are available upon request.
