idibu expiry notifications - keep better track of your jobs this Summer

Multi-posting system idibu has unveiled its latest improvement - a job-advert expiry warning tool

Multi-posting system idibu (uk.idibu.com) has unveiled its latest improvement - a job-advert expiry warning tool. Driven by client feedback, the new section's been created to cut out the tedious hours spent tracking job posts to make sure they don't fall off the boards.

The notification part remembers which boards you've posted a vacancy on, and for how long you've selected the ad to run, and tells you which posts to renew in the coming days, weeks and months - meaning that if the job has not yet been filled, you'll be reminded to repost only as soon as you need to.

Leading independent accountancy and office support firm APlus Appointments uses the new tool. Consultant Hannah McGillivray says the add-on makes perfect sense for us - we generally have lots of vacancies live at one time, and without this, we waste valuable time monitoring what's still live. Having expiry warnings means we can see the ads to renew - and can repost them with a few clicks, so they're still visible for our candidates.

Steve Walker, idibu MD, comments, We're launching this in the summer months as that can be a tricky time for recruiters - consultant holidays can make it difficult to keep on top of which adverts are still running on the boards. We wanted our clients to be able to see, easily and quickly, the posts due to be removed, and to repost them when needed.
