iCIMS Ranks 193 on Inc. 500 List of Americaís Fastest-Growing Companies

Software-as-a-Service Provider Attributes Growth to Continued Focus on Customer Support

HAZLET, N.J. ñ iCIMS, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, today announced the company ranked 193 on Inc. magazineís 2006 Inc. 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in America. Rankings are determined by percentage revenue growth from 2002 to 2005. iCIMS grew 611 percent during this period.

A leading mid-market provider of Hiring Management Solutions, iCIMS provides corporations with collaborative Web-based tools that help them attract, screen, and hire the best global talent. With more than 375 worldwide clients to date, iCIMS has grown steadily over the past three years. The company signed more than 60 new clients in 2003, over 80 in 2004, and more than 100 in 2005, fueling iCIMSí position as one of the fastest-growing solution providers in the industry.
