HRchitect, the premier HCM consulting services firm, and the market leader in Talent Management Systems (TMS) consulting, reported strong growth in both revenue, clients and additional projects at past clients during the first half of 2007.
HRchitect followed up a great 2006, with a stellar beginning to 2007, with over 25 new client projects initiated. Additions to their consistently growing client base include leading companies such as BJC Healthcare, Bank of Oklahoma, Boy Scouts of America, L-3 Communications, Baker Hughes, Countrywide, Enterprise Products Partners, Mid-American, Ashland, Tishman Speyer, Group Health, and First American Corporation, as well as additional projects at existing clients Celestica, Northwestern Mutual, Mayo Clinic, Hyatt, Lyondell Chemical, Texans Credit Union, Barclays Global Investors, Blockbuster and others.
ìThere continues to be a tremendous amount of confusion and lack of knowledge in the Talent Management technology marketplace,î said Matt Lafata, Director of Business Development for HRchitect. ìOur repeat business is at an all time high as a result of our ëcustomer for lifeí philosophy, while new clients are coming on board at a healthy pace. Customers look to us as sort of the ëGood Housekeeping seal of approvalí when it comes to the strategic planning and selection of HR technology as evidenced by our strong client retention and satisfaction.î
ìThe Talent Management software marketplace, the vendors and even other consulting firms who service this area are constantly undergoing change,î stated Rick Fletcher, President and co-founder of HRchitect. ìAcquisitions and loss of focus are prevalent in our industry while HRchitect has stayed true to form in the ten years we have been in business. Our service offerings have expanded as our client demands have increased, but we still maintain our independent thinking as the leading consulting firm in our industry.
HRchitectís mission has always centered around performing individualized analyses and creating strategic business and technology plans based on the specific needs of a company and not the traditional ìcookie cutterî approaches that are typically offered by other HCM consulting companies.
ìThe caliber of people we have at HRchitect is what really sets us apart,î added Dan Katavola, VP of Consulting Services and co-founder of HRchitect. ìItís easy to put together a slick marketing piece or web site and talk about everything you do as a firm but the true testament is in the people that are actually performing the work. Our consultants and our entire organization are focused on staying on top of trends, being in constant communication with the software vendors to know where they are going and most importantly, employing best practices in everything we do.î
HRchitect will be at numerous industry trade shows and user conferences both as an exhibitor and a featured speaker on Talent Management Systems and Human Capital Management (HCM) Strategic Planning throughout the second half of 2007.
