This latest addition completes a full set of talent management solutions, which address key business areas including recruitment, career development, succession planning and now reward management.
ActiveRewarder was deployed as part of a pre-summer review campaign and is designed to improve and standardise the company's global salary review process. By establishing a clear and consistent review policy, Group Bel are able to improve their overall efficiency levels while empowering line managers with the ability to perform independent reviews in accordance with defined corporate guidelines. Additionally, by providing managers with a fair and consistent method for compensation proposals, ActiveRewarder can promote manager objectivity and collaboration while ensuring and demonstrating compliance.
