Speaking from their global HQ in Londonís Baker Street, Antalís CEO Tony Goodwin commented, ìThe new offices provide an excellent base for the Antal brand to meet the increasing demand for clients requiring in-depth, local knowledge, a high quality recruitment service and crucially, access to talent.
Antal International is already the recruitment provider of choice in many of its markets and this UK and international expansion coupled with the high quality of people joining our business units enables us to really assist clients on a global basis during this time of critical talent shortage.î
Commenting on the new consultants, managers and business owners that will be leading this expansion, Graeme Read, Group COO explained, ìWith the war for talent at its highest in recent memory and affecting clients on a global basis, our ability to source talent from across our international network affords clients a clear, tangible competitive advantage. Of our industry peers we have the highest level of inter-office co-operation enabling us to fill complex cross-border assignments as well having that vital ëon the groundí presence to execute local and international assignments seamlessly.î
Liz Kilford, Business Development Director said Our focus is on the growth of the service offering which we are achieving through expansion of the teams of consultants and our manager base within the existing company owned and owner- managed offices alike and the attraction of talented business people who have a desire to replicate the successful Antal formula in their own business.î
Candidates and clients will benefit from access to a multinational recruitment group with even more global market knowledge and enhanced international reach leading to a wider choice of talented, motivated, professional candidates and a more complete service for both.
Goodwin summarised by saying ìOur Global management and staff are looking forward to doing business with these new family members and marketing the increased functionality and global reach to their clients. I am very proud of the quality of people joining our brand across the world today and taking it into new markets and wish them every success. These are exciting times for us and thereís never been a better time to be in the recruitment industry.î
