Fuse Jobs cuts the jobs confusion

New website for Londonís first-time jobseekers

A jobs website created for people looking for their first role, returning to work or looking for a complete change, launches this week.

www.fusejobs.co.uk is the Capitalís first ëentry-levelí jobs website. There are no senior roles or jobs asking for years of experience, the 10,000 jobs listed at launch are all suitable for people with little or no experience.

ìIt is disheartening to see lists of jobs asking for experience you just donít have, so weíve sifted all those out and come up with thousands of London jobs suitable for first timers, returners and those looking for a complete change,î said Fuse Jobs director Matt Haikin.

ìIt is all possible through our innovative web technology which allows Fuse Jobs to offer a faster and more streamlined approach to finding a job. Thereís no need for jobseekers to do multiple searches and visit many sites as Fuse Jobs does all the hard work for them. We take jobs from a wide range of sources and filter out the irrelevant ones, to create a comprehensive list of entry-level vacancies.î said Matt.

ìOnce on our site visitors can easily see what jobs are available and click through to the originatorís site to apply. It is easy and simple. In addition we provide expert advice and guidance to help our jobseekers to be more successful.î

Amanda Lacey, Fuse Jobs director adds, ìFuse Jobs is the first social enterprise job site in the UK. As such, even though anyone can use our site, we working very closely with charities and community groups to help them help their clients back into work ñ with a major emphasis on supporting people who find it more difficult to find work. We have a lot of jobseekers from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, lone parents, people leaving the forces, residents of social housing, the homeless, school leavers, the over 50s ñ basically anyone who has skills to offer but needs that extra bit of support to find a job.î

Jobs at launch are listed for key London sectors including bar and kitchen roles, retail, transport, accessible IT roles, and a wealth of public and voluntary sector positions. Jobseekers can register at www.fusejobs.co.uk. Anyone wishing to know more can call 020 7415 7147 or email info@fusejobs.co.uk for more details.
