The Financial Times has unveiled FT Social Media Search, the latest service to add to its Career Management portfolio of products.
This new innovative tool has been designed to help recruiters and headhunters build a shortlist of executives by scouring the internet and social media for the most relevant candidates based on their online presence and activity.
FT Social Media Search is a unique and robust method of building profiles of potential candidates that goes beyond simply looking at social media accounts and creates a targeted list of candidates, regardless of how niche the role is.
Rebecca Clifton, Global Sales Director for Financial Times Career Management, says: “Using the internet to accurately source candidates takes time and resource - it is no longer enough to just check an executive’s LinkedIn or Facebook profile to assess how suitable they are for a role. As such, we are excited to be able to provide our clients with this additional service which will provide a thorough shortlist of executives, even when a very specific selection of skills and experience is needed.”
FT Social Media Search is the latest product to launch from Financial Times Career Management and joins the suite of products and services focusing on executive recruitment and career development, including exec-appointments.com, FT Non-Executive Directors’ Club, FT Non-Executive Director Diploma, FT Executive Coaching and FT Executive Appointments.
