As the recruitment industry is hit with a shortage of experienced, skilled recruitment consultants, Eutopia International, already ahead of the game, has launched its new Academy to ensure it develops the next generation of talented consultants.
The Academy will house its new recruits for the duration of their training programme which will last an initial three months, also providing them with a full induction programme, classroom and role-play training. Participants will be immersed in ëliveí scenarioís with clients and candidates as they swiftly go up the learning curve. It will be an opportunity of a lifetime for individuals with raw talent to train as consultants and see if they have got what it takes.

The first candidates will begin their learning experience at the Academy in September, after completing the programme the next group will begin shortly after.
