EU commission approved takeover of Tuja Group

Adecco announced today that the Commission of European Communities approved the takeover of Tuja Group.

The Commission of European Communities approved the takeover without any conditions and obligations pursuant to the European Merger Control Regulation on July 25, 2007. The regulatory condition of the takeover is herewith fulfilled. Adecco will consolidate Tuja Group as of August 1st 2007.
