Estelle Shepherd, former European Director of Recruitment at the Kantar Group, is joining RPCushing Recruitmentís senior management team. She will head up the development of an executive search and selection division which will operate across all of RPCushing Recruitmentís key markets, including MR, marketing, PR and the design and creative industries.
Estelle will work closely with RPCushing Recruitment MD, Paul Cushing, to ensure that the new offering is closely aligned with the companyís existing operations. This will guarantee a seamless approach to service delivery across the RPCushing Recruitment service portfolio.
With over ten yearsí experience in search and selection - and six of those spent working in the international MR sector for Kantar Group and Millward Brown - Estelle is an expert in talent acquisition and retention. She also has specialist industry knowledge of the MR and marketing sectors.
