Eaton Hydraulics, a supplier of fluid power solutions to industrial and mobile markets worldwide has awarded a three-year contract as preferred supplier to leading independent recruitment business right4staff. The decision is designed to create a strong partnership approach between the two companies with shared visions and values.
Right4staff will provide temporary, contract and permanent staff to meet Eaton Hydraulics requirements for industrial and commercial office staff at its site in Havant. All vacancies will be handled by right4staffís office in Portsmouth.
Eaton Hydraulics plant in Havant has been located at the New Lane site since 1961 and is a major employer in the area. It is the centre of excellence for Eaton Hydraulics hydraulic valves and manifold systems and the site comprises a manufacturing plant, support services which include present product engineering, and repair and service.
Commenting on the contract, Sue Cheyne, Human Resources Manager at Eaton Hydraulics, said: ìWe have recently undertaken a rigorous review of our suppliers and decided to invite a number of key agencies to talk to us. We were very impressed with right4staffís approach as it showed tenacity, creativity and commitment to our business. As a result, although we have not worked with them before, we have decided to sign a three year preferred supplier deal which we are confident will be of great benefit to our business.î
