Bullhorn adds pioneering enhancements to its premier staffing and recruiting software

Introduces Real-Time Wireless Connectivity in Bullhorn 8.5;<br>New Features, Functionality Available On Demand

Bullhorn, the provider of On Demand Staffing and Recruiting software, today announced the availability of its newest version of powerful and flexible, web-based staffing and recruiting software.

Featuring real-time wireless synchronization that enables completely up-to-date access to information from anywhere and at any time, Bullhorn 8.5 also delivers robust functionality enhancements that enable staffing and recruiting professionals to manage their business and their data more productively. The announcement was made at Staffing World, held this week at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center.

Bullhorn 8.5 features integrated and highly configurable Applicant Tracking system (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ìself-filingî email systems that can easily be scaled to fit the needs of growing organizations.

Through a partnership with Intellisync, Bullhorn provides the ability to synchronize appointments, tasks, contacts, candidates, email and file attachments from Bullhorn to PocketPC and Treo devices. The synchronization occurs automatically and in real-time, without having to deploy further synchronization tools, find an internet connection, or connect with a cable or desktop. Additionally, all Microsoft Outlook and Exchange information will also be available via real-time synchronization.

Other new features in Bullhorn 8.5 include:

Faxed Timecard Automation: This system is used to quickly process a high volume of faxed timecards. Timecard images are entered into the Bullhorn time-keeping system and automatically associated with the employee, client and assignment. This eliminates extensive and time-consuming data entry and the need to print, sort, file and store faxed time cards.

Configurable Invoice Automation: Customers can now automate the processing of all invoices while supporting multiple invoice groupings, styles and formats. Customers are able to tailor the way invoices are generated based upon client requirements. The system will automatically create invoices from timecard and permanent placement transactions, grouping and consolidating invoices by division, office, department or contact, per the end-client’s preferences.

High-Volume Temporary Staffing/Schedule Module: Bullhorn now provides the first recruiting and staffing CRM to support a fully integrated, best-in-breed shift-scheduler. The new module enables customers who employ a high volume of temporary staff on short assignments, such as those in the light industrial and nursing industries, to quickly enter orders and fill them based on need and availability. The system offers customers a birdís eye view of open orders, active assignments and availability from a number of different perspectives.

Administrative and Management System Enhancements: Bullhorn has also enhanced its administrative and management toolset, such as the Bullhorn system configuration tools, and the field mapping and screen layout systems. Customers now have an unparalleled level of powerful capabilities to customize the Bullhorn application.
