HDA delivers outplacement programmes in 5 well-established formats, subject to budget limitations:

Telephone/online support service: usually 50 - 150pp VAT
Group-based onsite support service: usually 150 - 400pp VAT
Tailored individual programmes: usually 400 - 1,800pp VAT
Modular individual programmes: usually 1,120 - 2,400pp VAT
3, 6, 9 & 12 month senior programmes: usually 3,100 - 12,000pp VAT
