Bond International Software continues to grow in the aviation sector

Jet2.com, the North of Englandís low cost UK airline, has selected Bond Talent - an online recruitment, talent management system - from stock market-listed, Bond International Software. Jet2.com operates scheduled services from 6 UK airports and the talent management solution will support Jet2.comís expansion plans and a recruitment drive across the business.

The solution will initially be deployed to support a focused recruitment drive by the airline in October to attract cabin services applicants. The system will then be expanded to include the recruitment of flight deck, engineering, operations and administrative staff.

Jet2.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dart Group PLC a publicly listed aviation services and distribution group. Jet2.com has been flying commercial aircraft for over 25 years. Over the recent years it has received numerous industry awards and has experienced considerable growth.

As a result of this growth Jet2.com took the decision to re-evaluate its existing recruitment process which currently involves job applications being sent to a public company email address and then processed manually by the HR department.
