Benfield Appoints New Global Head of People Advisory and Development

Benfield today announced the appointment of Siobhan Cifelli as Global Head of People Advisory and Development. Ms. Cifelli will be based at Benfieldís head office in London and will be responsible for the companyís people-related functions worldwide.

Ms. Cifelli has over 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience within the Financial Services Market and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). She joins Benfield from stockbroker and inter-dealer broker Tullett Prebon (formerly Collins Stewart) where she was HR Director for nearly five years. She was also a member of their UK Senior Management Committee.

Ms Cifelli began her career at the NatWest Group where she held a variety of senior HR and management roles from 1982 to 2000. She then joined the global investment management company, AXA Investment Managers, where she held the position of Head of HR for two years.
