Berkshire-based Recruitment and HR specialist Bamboo Resourcing has confirmed plans to extend its opening hours in a bid to meet candidate demand for a more flexible and responsive job-finding service.
Following its recent move to enhanced offices in Bourne End, Bambooís new hours will see it open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The Bamboo team will now be able to meet candidates outside of core working hours, in addition to presenting clients with improved flexibility for arranging interviews. The new times form part of Bambooís ongoing commitment to evolving in line with customer requirements, launched as a direct response to candidate feedback.
ìAt Bamboo, we know that sometimes, candidates are simply unable to meet with us to discuss their requirements during the traditional 9 ñ 5 working day,î explains Bamboo Branch Manager, Lee Griffin. ìOur regular monitoring of client and candidate feedback revealed that there was a clear need for us to extend our times of operation in order to accommodate candidates who were looking for a new job, whilst holding down an existing position for example. So far, feedback has been very positive with a large number of candidates taking advantage of the new opening hours.î
