Authoria expands ability to share performance and succession best practice with customers

Company Will Leverage Deep Domain Experience to Assist Customers as They Plan and Implement Performance and Succession Solutions

Authoria, Inc., the company in integrated strategic Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced that it has added a new service focused on the sharing of industry best practices around performance and succession management. The Authoria Performance Management Practice will assist prospective and current customers in evaluating their performance assessment and succession planning programs, provide guidance on HR best practices and demonstrate how they can best leverage HCM technologies to optimize the value of their workforce.

Jeff Cooper, previously an Authoria senior product analyst, has been promoted to lead the new service as a senior business consultant, performance management practice. In this new role, Cooper will use his extensive experience in performance management, succession and organizational development to provide customers with continuing, on-site guidance during the implementation of Authoria solutions.

ìJeff possesses a broad range of experience in performance management and succession planning,î said Joe Jaeger, senior vice president, customers and markets, at Authoria. ìThis experience makes him uniquely qualified to serve as a focal point for the domain expertise Authoria has gained from working with hundreds of Fortune 500 and Global 200 customers and to share that expertise with customers.î

As senior product analyst, Cooper advanced the best practice methodologies and processes embedded within Authoriaís Performance Advisor product. Prior to joining Authoria, Cooper led the Learning and Organization Development group at Fallon Clinic, Inc., a nationally recognized multi-specialty medical group practice in Massachusetts, where he was the innovative force behind a number of contemporary organization development and learning initiatives.

Before Fallon, Cooper functioned as a corporate development agent for a variety of operational groups and corporate leaders with Fortune 500 companies MassMutual Financial Group and EMC Corporation. Cooper holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.
