3D MarComms, the company behind HARBOUR ATS, are pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Gretton to the post of Commercial Director. Adam has been working in the recruitment industry since 2000, when he worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Spring IT Personnel. In 2003 he moved to Exec-Appointments where he helped build the business and position it for acquisition by the Financial Times in 2007. During this time, Adam was instrumental in driving sales growth and putting solid customer service foundations in place.
3D MarComms was set up in 2008 by Managing Director Alex Hens and CTO Tony McNulty. They had spotted a gap in the market for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that can offer flexible, bespoke solutions at an affordable price, and be delivered quickly. So in July 2009, they launched HARBOUR. So strong has the take-up been from clients, that they immediately needed to recruit an extra pair of hands.
Focussing primarily on HARBOUR, Adam will be developing business from employer clients, as well as building partnerships with recruitment communication agencies, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) organisations and media owners. Alex Hens comments ìIíve known Adam for a number of years as he worked as a leading Sales Rep with Exec-Appointments.com, and has consistently been right at the top of my list of Media Reps when it came to people who knew their stuff, putting delivery and integrity of product first every-time, building the brandís reputation for excellence along the way and played an integral part in making it the success that saw the FT buy it up recently. Adamís coming on board to help out day-to-day as well as shaping the business going forward and, of course, spreading the good word of HARBOUR as far as we canî.
