Recruitment consultancy Macildowie strengthens team

Following a year of record growth, recruitment consultancy Macildowie has announced a number of high-level appointments to its ever-expanding team. The company, which has offices in Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Northampton and Milton Keynes, has announced ambitious plans to double its workforce over the next three years.

Six new employees join the business, including two senior appointments one of which will work in its Milton Keynes office, which opened earlier this year.

Ian Machell joins the company as operations director and will work across a number of specialist teams within the company. A qualified solicitor, Ian’s has nineteen years of recruitment experience working across Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes and Bristol and a number of different professional disciplines.

Commenting on his appointment, Ian said:

Also joining the leadership team as senior manager is Paul Don, who will initially lead our Procurement & Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing and Business Operations recruitment teams in the Milton Keynes office. With over 16 years’ experience in recruitment, Paul will play an instrumental role in helping Macildowie to achieve its ambitions growth plans in Milton Keynes.

In Nottingham, HR advisor, Ben LeRoy joins the team, with marketing recruitment consultant, Raji Johal and senior recruitment consultant, Greg Statham also arriving to further strengthen Macildowie’s finance division. Also joining the finance division in its Leicester office is recruitment consultant, Layla Bardill.

These recent appointments follow the recruitment of four new members of staff in November; in Leicester, trainee recruitment consultants, Mollie Driver and recruitment consultant, Nik Pearce, and in Nottingham, senior recruitment consultant, James Robinson.
